Last Nights Supper A Definate Keeper! :)

Wanted to let you all know that supper last night was OUTSTANDING! I made up the homemade Italian Cheese Bread and the Easy Beef Stroganoff and WOW oh WOW, definately keepers.

The bread dough I made up in my bread machine then when it was done I pressed it down on a cookie sheet. I didn't have regular Italian dressing so I used Golden Italian dressing , oh but YUMMMMM. It turned out to look just like the picture.....then I cut them into bread sticks, about 1 1/2 inches wide and about 4 1/2 inches long. The beef stroganoff was really good too......yup, they are both keepers for sure!

My daughter and I went for blood work this morning(finally)......I was hoping that today would be another no spend day but I had to fast for my blood work and of course I didn't go prepared......I hadn't eaten since supper last night so by the time I did get my blood work completed it had been almost 17 hours since eating.......next time I will take a sandwhich or crackers and cheese in a baggie. Well dh and our other dd was with us and we decided to go out for a late breakfast. So much for not eating out till around Christmas. There is always tomorrow though and I am determined to make that into a no spend day!.

Well now for supper tonight on my menu for this week I had mentioned that we were going to have the Pan-Scrambled Eggs/Bacon and home made bread toasted but since that is what we had for breakfast eating out I am going to have the grilled cheese and french fries with dill pickles on the side.

Have a Terrific Sunny Tuesday Everyone

I am going to try the recipe for that yummy bread! It sounds great! Hope everything with your blood work turns out well! Don't beat yourself up over the breakfast. Like you said, you can start again tomorrow on the no spend days.

It's ok to have a treat every now and then. Like Scarlett said, "Tomorrow is another day."
