Today went by like a shot! I also spent sometime on amazon.com and looked over the recipe books for Amish and Mennonite recipes. Does anyone else ever do this? Where you can look inside a book and go to the surprise me pages? I found recipes today for the following:

      Chicken Rodeo

       Baked Chicken

       Crisp Baked Chicken

       Old time Lemonade

       Chicken Salad

       Brocolli and Cauliflower Salad

       Cucumber Salad

       Old Fashioned Sour Cream Dressing

      Salmon (or tuna) and Egg Salad

     Baked Potatoes ( I had found a couple of tricks in which I had never thought of lol)

     Delicious Baked Sweet Potatoes

      No Bake Granola Bars

      Perfect Pumkin Bread.

     I already of course cook baked chicken etc but thought I would try a different approach with some new ideas . There is however one of the books in which I am going to order called "Beverly Lewis Amish Heritage Cookbook" that is where I found alot of those recipes.

      Anyhow, I had fun!
