WW points: my lunches & breakfasts this weekWeight Watcher Notes: I always enjoy participating in the Menu Plan Monday meme, and my entry for that with our family supper menus, is below. In the interest of getting back on track with doing Weight Watchers (on my own at home-- I'm not accountable to anyone, so it's easy to forget about points), I'm planning out my breakfasts and lunches, too. I also bought a new water bottle yesterday, to help reduce my Mountain Dew consumption. DAILY BREAKFASTS: English Muffin (2 points) with FF butter spray; coffee or water; may have an egg (2 points) and/ or a slice of cheese (1 points). LUNCHES: Monday & Tuesday at home: Broccoli Cheese Soup (6 points) That's my plan... now I just have to stick to it, and not let extra cans of Mountain Dew sneak in there and steal all my points!
