Slimming Down Tips II

Skipping of meals is not good anymore if you want to be slim. It is not healthy and you're just starving yourself. Anyways, here are simple tips on how to lose weight in a healthy manner.
  • Have a No-Red-Meat Diet.
  • Eat lots of veggies and fruits
  • Have a piece of sweets if you're craving with it
  • Walk or run instead of using elevators and escalators.
Well, those are pretty easy, ayt?!? So, start it now but if you want to lose in a fast way consult your doctor for the best diet pill around, Have FUN!

Suncsreen

I bought a lot of sunscreens for my face already...
But when I used the sunscreen moisturizer with SPF 45 and for hypo-allergenic skin, there were red rashes on my face...waahhh
I checked it and found out that what I was using for a couple of days was expired!
I went to the store hoping they can change it with a new bottle, but I threw away my receipt :( and all they said was...to throw the bottle away too...

Healthy Snack Ideas

Bringing of food in the office or school will help us a lot. We have to make our own snacks so we are sure that what we are eating are healthy and nutritious. So, here are some ideas.
  • Combine honey and peanut butter or almond butter for a protein-rich dip for raw apples, carrots, celery, and pretzel sticks. This spread also tastes great on bagels, rice cakes, and whole-grain crackers.
  • Mix fresh or frozen berries with low-fat yogurt. Top with sliced almonds or granola to make a fruit parfait.
  • Top whole-grain crackers with low-fat cottage cheese or ricotta cheese and sliced tomatoes or red pepper strips.
  • Make your own healthy trail mix with high fiber cereal, dried fruit (such as cranberries, blueberries, and dates), and nuts such as almonds. This mix also makes a great topping for yogurt.
  • Spread low-fat cream cheese on a whole-grain bagel. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and raisins on top of the cream cheese for extra flavor.
  • Dip colorful sliced vegetables in low-fat salad dressing or hummus. Try red, yellow, and orange bell peppers; broccoli; cauliflower; and cherry tomatoes.
Start eating healthy so you won't need to buy those best diet pills anymore. The best diet pills are fuits, healthy lifestyle and exercise.

Do you like to sign up to different forums? Well, I did it before. The reasons why I signed for different forums are the following:
  • Dogs - Pet owners usually sign up for forum to know more about their pets/dogs and share different ideas on what's good and not.

Smart Snack Choices

Having snacks everyday is not bad at all. But you have to be careful what kind of food you're going to take. Here are simple tips to have a Smart Snacks.

  • Find healthier substitutes for high-fat snacks. If your favorite high-fat snack is potato chips and dip, try baked tortilla chips with bean dip or hummus instead.
  • Make snacks interesting. If the idea of a plain piece of fruit doesn't appeal to you, try dipping fruit slices in low-fat yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon or nutmeg.
  • Be prepared. Have snacks ready for when you get hungry. For example, keep healthy snacks with you at work or school, in your car, and at home. If you have a healthy snack easily available, it's less likely that you'll pick a candy bar or bag of chips instead.
