I am a 49 year old woman who is happily married. I am also a mom, grandma, friend, niece, co-worker, church secretary and truck dispatcher’s wife and secretary. In my spare time, I love to blog, do book studies, scrapbook, read, pen pals, and crochet.
You will find a little bit of everything here-- thoughts, musings, meme's, views of my life, both in written and picture form. Some of the posts are sponsored, but still all tie into my life and life experiences.

Remember When
| I started another blog that is coming together nicely. It has benefits that I hadn't anticipated. Its called Remember When , and I am taking CD of old pictures, and posting them. Some with entries and others just the picture itself. I used to pride myself with an excellent memory. But in the last few years, my mind has fogged over, and sometimes its hard remembering even the simpliest of things. As I post these pictures, maybe I don't remember the people or where it was taken, but, as I look at a series of them, things start to come back. "Oh yeah, now I remember". I have some "About me" and "Life history" books coming that I ordered. They are books that are filled with questions, that tie to the past. Maybe between the two, I can either remember some of the things I feel like I have forgotten, or be able to tie things together, and make the puzzle of my memory come in focus just a little bit better. |
