It's practically tradition that the households sleeps in late and I'm up early in the quiet. I use the time as my own, do things online, read, crochet and watch 'CBS Sunday morning' or whatever until around 9am when I start our Sunday country breakfast-- biscuits n gravy, sausage n eggs, complete with banging pans and lively radio tunes lol.
Sunday is always spent together, whether hanging out in the house watching movies and playing games or being outside with the dogs, or maybe going for a drive and finding some neat lit'l place we haven't seen before. Just hangin' out together, weaving our family tightly.
That breakfast sounds delicious. Especially since I have been up for a few hours and had nothing but a cup of coffee. Hope you and your family have a happy new year....Sherry
